Wicked Day Block Party
Sunday, October 28
Friendship Garden, 499 W. 150th St.
Wicked Day is a community celebration presented by NYRP and the hit Broadway show Wicked. Join us for a block party, performances by Wicked cast members, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at NYRP's Friendship Garden, whose restoration is sponsored and designed by the award-winning Wicked, celebrating the show's 4th anniversary on Broadway. Friendship Garden is located at 499 W. 150th St., New York, NY. Co-sponsored by Wicked.
The New York Restoration Project was founded by Bette Midler to help protect and restore green spaces throughout New York City in 1995. They have invested $38 million in community gardens since then, providing educational education and outdoor recreational opportunities to more than 10,000 disadvantaged youth. I am thrilled to be invited to participate in this green festival!
